The Middle East’s largest air carrier, Emirates, has unveiled its brand new meticulously-designed, state-of-the-art first-class suites. The new Boeing 777 aircraft is part of a multi-million dollar upgrade, redefining luxury and comfort, giving fliers an experience of a lifetime.
The fully-enclosed cabins admeasuring 40 square feet are featured as game-changers, and fliers would love the privacy, mood lighting, gourmet dining, 32-inch TV screens, and more.
The new 777s feature a spacious 1 – 1 – 1 configuration, and the interiors are refreshing with a light and modern colour scheme inspired by the Mercedes-Benz S-Class luxury sedan. An artistic motif representing the Prosopis Cineraria (Ghaf), the United Arab Emirates’ national tree, is used as a design highlight throughout the aircraft.
The fliers would love the middle aisle seats as they can enjoy solitude and the live-streaming of views from virtual windows, which display the high-definition picture using real-time camera technology that is mounted outside of the plane.
The seats are buttery-soft and are equipped with a zero-gravity position inspired by NASA technology, which imparts a feeling of weightlessness and relaxation. Another exciting addition is the mood lighting and temperature control. Apart from this, passengers can stream content from their own devices. The suites come with a 32-inch Full HD LCD TV screen and over 2,500 channels of entertainment. The viewing experience is enhanced with the award-winning audio brand Bowers & Wilkins Active Noise Cancelling E1 headphones created exclusively for Emirates.
Passengers can request room service through a video call function. They would also be treated with inspiration kits, including Bulgari amenity kits, Hydra Active moisturising pyjamas, and Byredo skincare.
The flying experience is enhanced with the gourmet experience with a wide range of wines, champagnes and spirits, and a personal mini-bar that is well-stocked with snacks and drinks. Meanwhile, the business class seats are designed with an interior of a modern sports car in mind. The new 777 interiors undoubtedly have raised the bar for the aviation industry.
